Dr. Elisa Biggers is an accomplished expert in organizational leadership, curriculum development, and diversity training, with a proven track record of success in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Dr. Biggers has extensive experience in developing and facilitating leadership and professional development workshops for various government and state agencies. She is the founder of Diversified Educational Concepts LLC, through which she has provided specialized training services to multiple military bases, including Albany Marine Logistics Base and the US Army National Guard in the Virgin Islands, where she conducted Executive Leadership Workshops for senior leaders.
In addition to her expertise in leadership development, Dr. Biggers is a certified Myers-Briggs Specialist and Microsoft Office Specialist. She has served as an Instructional Systems Designer for the Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center since 2018, where she develops training curricula for the Federal Police. Her experience in the nonprofit sector includes providing job readiness training, job placement, and transitional support services for underserved communities and individuals with barriers to employment.
Dr. Biggers brings a wealth of knowledge in unconscious bias, diversity, leadership and professional development and organizational behavior. Her passion for fostering inclusive environments and her ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies uniquely position her to lead a diverse array of training processes.
Dr. Biggers continues to advance her nonprofit endeavors as the Assistant Executive Director for the Doctoral Leadership Initiative in Jackson, MS and the Executive Director of Positive Movements Inc. in Columbus, GA, both of which focus on enhancing education and career opportunities for underserved, at risk and minority communities.
Reverend Dr. Charles Lamont Dorsey is a dynamic leader recognized both locally and nationally. He serves as an itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. An accomplished author, vocalist, and speaker, Rev. Dr. Dorsey boasts over 300 speaking engagements. He has also been a prominent voice on KJLH 102.3 FM, the number one black-owned and operated radio station in Los Angeles, California.
With more than a decade of volunteer service in corporate advisory roles, a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, and over 20 years of community engagement, Dr. Charles Dorsey emerges. Ms. Delores Price was born in Barbados. In June 1985, she immigrated to Boston, Massachusetts, where she lived with her father. She graduated from James Madison High School and obtained her Medical Assisting Certificate from the Bryman Institute, Corinthian Colleges, in 1989. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree in health administration in 2008 and a master's degree in business administration in 2012, both from the University of Phoenix.
Delores began her career at the Repro Women’s Health clinic in Brookline, MA, in 1990 after completing her medical assistance program. In 1998, she transitioned into education, becoming an instructor at the institution where she received her certification. Her dedication led to a promotion to Program Chair for the medical assistant department. In 2010, she accepted the role of Director of Education at Medtech College in Marietta, GA. Her career in education continued to flourish as she took on leadership positions at Herzing University, Virginia College, and Miller Technical College.
Delores was honored with “The Game on Award” in 2007 for her exceptional performance during the absence of the Director of Education. In 2010, Medtech College recognized her extraordinary service and commitment to academic excellence. Herzing University presented her with the “Rookie of the Year” award in 2013 for her outstanding teaching performance. She is deeply passionate about education and is committed to imparting knowledge for the betterment of individuals and the community. She has been a partner with DEC since 2019, assisting in the facilitation with of the Executive Leadership Workshop for the Army National Guard Virgin Islands. Her varied roles in leadership and education have established her as an influential collaborator.
